Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Camber Children's Mental Health. As a BHT, you will play a vital role in providing support and supervision to children and youth, helping them achieve their treatment goals through daily activities and teaching them coping techniques and positive behavior skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and supervision to children and youth in a behavioral health care setting
  • Assist in the development and implementation of treatment plans, working closely with nurses and therapists
  • Document client activity and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for clients
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-3 months of experience working with adults or children in a behavioral health care or similar environment
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
