  • Provide crisis intervention and support to residents as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and clean living environment for residents, including the supervision of medication administration.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work or psychology.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a residential care setting, with a focus on leadership and supervision.
