Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all facets of planning, production, and management of our onsite video studio.
  • Exhibit strong project management capabilities alongside practical filming and editing expertise, ensuring effective production logistics for multimedia projects and live corporate events.
  • Engage in a hands-on global role, supporting communication strategies across various internal and external channels.
  • Address the increasing demand for video content by optimizing studio usage and managing intricate video campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Company Leadership Team and various business partners.
  • Manage all stages of video and multimedia production from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Handle filming, audio, lighting, prompting, composition, live streaming, directing talent, postproduction, and other necessary areas.
  • Supervise the daily operations of our video studio, including direct-to-camera messages, interviews, and media appearances.
  • Develop, manage, and produce a diverse array of complex video programs.
  • Direct both internal resources and creative agencies to produce engaging and effective content.
  • Build and nurture relationships with senior internal stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
  • Consult with senior leaders to assess their needs, offer recommendations, and create suitable deliverables.
  • Advocate for the use of video platforms as essential communication tools.
  • Provide recommendations for equipment acquisition and business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Communications, Television Production, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, ideally within a television or video production setting.
  • A portfolio showcasing award-winning projects.
  • Proven experience in leading a company's multimedia program and digital video initiatives, with a strong ability to convey a vision for multimedia projects while considering business needs, target audiences, timelines, and budgets.
  • Exceptional project management skills with a track record of successfully directing complex projects to meet business objectives.
  • Hands-on proficiency in all aspects of video production, including filming, lighting, audio, prompting, composition, live streaming, and directing talent.
  • Photography skills are advantageous.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and C-suite executives on events and multimedia projects.
  • Strong proficiency in video editing and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and business acumen.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with various web environments and standard social media platforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and both Windows and Macintosh systems.
  • Capability to manage both direct and indirect teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Willingness to travel, both domestically and internationally, as required for on-location shoots and video production (less than 10% per year).
