The Nashville International Airport is seeking a highly skilled cybersecurity professional to serve as its Cybersecurity Program Manager. Reporting to the Director, IT Governance & Business Applications, this individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organization's information security management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Information Security Standards
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of airport systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks.
  • Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to strengthen airport defenses.
  • Maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to stay informed about emerging cybersecurity threats.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity management, with a focus on network security.
  • Strong understanding of threat intelligence, incident response, and disaster recovery.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change across the organization.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM are highly desirable.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
