**Job Description:** Recreation Programs Manager
About Us:
We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the East Nashville community through various programs and services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recreation Programs Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for promoting recreational programs and services
- Collaborate with community partners to identify needs and opportunities for recreation programming
- Manage budgets, staff, and volunteers to ensure successful delivery of programs and services
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community organizations, and government agencies
Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED
- Legally eligible to work in U.S.
- Pass a background check to work with vulnerable populations
- Interest in recreational activities and planning
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other digital databases
- Knowledgeable of social media platforms
Estimated Salary: $20,000 - $28,000 per year
