Position Overview

Watco Transloading is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented individual to support our general administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to service, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-focused environment. This role involves engaging with customers and their representatives to facilitate inquiries regarding our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Manage incoming orders with the team to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications:

The successful Customer Service Representative will possess the following abilities:

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to provide clear information and instructions.

  • Maintain composure and efficiency during high-pressure situations.
  • Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
