Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio Management: Develop and implement PMO processes, tools, and methodologies to support business objectives and outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and influence direct and indirect team members to support PMO processes and tools.
  • Communication: Provide input into how financial resources should be allocated to optimize the organization's return on investment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Direct the development and maintenance of communications and reporting around the IT project portfolios, their contents, and the individual performance of initiatives to stakeholders, the IT steering committee, and senior executives.
  • Project Delivery: Manage the portfolio of programs and projects, including planning, prioritization, resourcing, risk management, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large enterprise-level IT programs.
  • Certifications: PMP, SCRUM/Agile, or SAFe certification.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Functional understanding of Data Centers, Mid-Range infrastructures, Cabling, and Networking (IP Schema, Routing, and Switching products).
  • Cloud Certifications: AWS/GCP/Azure cloud certifications.
