Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Campus Retail Associate to join our team at Barnes & Noble College. As a key member of our retail team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support store operations, and contribute to a positive and engaging store environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive and welcoming experience for customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with processing sales transactions, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support store operations, including shelving, arranging, and cleaning products or space within the store.
  • Work collaboratively with store leaders to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math and data entry skills, with the ability to accurately process sales transactions.
