Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Campus Retail Associate to join our dynamic team at Barnes & Noble College. As a key member of our store team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support store operations, and contribute to a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Process sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency, handling cash, credit, and financial aid payments.
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers and ensuring their positive experience throughout their visit.
  • Support store operations, including operating equipment and cash registers, to maintain speed of service and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving, arranging, and cleaning products and space.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
  • Excellent attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to excel in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic math, keyboarding, and data entry skills.
  • Flexible availability throughout the academic year, including peak periods.
