Position Overview

We are offering several internship openings across various departments within our operations. As a WavePoint Intern, you will be able to work closely with our teams in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Warehouse Management, Marketing, and IT departments, contributing to key projects and day-to-day tasks.

Available Departments
  • Operations: Assist in managing daily logistics activities, process optimization, and ensuring smooth distribution and delivery of goods.
  • Warehouse Management: Participate in managing inventory, order processing, stock control, and warehouse optimization.
  • Industrial Engineering: Get involved in warehouse layout, pack line optimization, and general product flow throughout the organization.
  • Marketing: Support our Sales team by designing and implementing various social media and direct marketing campaigns.
  • HR: Assist in recruiting, hiring, orientation of new hires, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with department teams to support day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting on key logistics metrics (e.g., on-time deliveries, inventory levels, etc.).
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Help manage communications with internal teams and external partners such as carriers, suppliers, and customers.
  • Support the execution of logistics projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Research industry trends and provide recommendations to improve service delivery.
  • Perform administrative duties, including preparing documentation, updating systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and transportation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn quickly.
  • Prior experience or coursework in logistics is a plus, but not required.
