In this pivotal position, you will oversee the scheduling and management of plumbing technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, repairs, and installations for both commercial and residential clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage service personnel, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Inspire and guide technicians to maximize their productivity and enhance their skills.
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to field staff.
- Conduct daily reviews of technician documentation and ensure equipment is maintained to high standards.
- Oversee the dispatching of plumbing technicians to meet customer requirements effectively.
- Engage with customers to foster loyalty and address any issues that arise.
- Assist management with data collection and preparation of reports.
- Perform site assessments as needed.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum of 4 years of plumbing experience
- Demonstrated success in leading teams to meet business objectives
- Solid understanding of plumbing industry standards
- Strong analytical and computer skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to assess economic and market factors affecting the business
