College Hunks Hauling Junk & Moving is a dynamic and expanding company specializing in junk removal and relocation services. We are currently seeking a dedicated Crew Chief to enhance our team and address the increasing demand for our services.
Our team members, referred to as "captains," receive a competitive hourly wage, along with tips and performance bonuses. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication, multitasking, and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate junk removal vehicles at all times.
- Provide accurate pricing estimates based on established guidelines.
- Oversee the truck, crew, and customer interactions during assignments.
- Ensure the protection of the customer's property while removing items.
- Conduct inspections of vehicles, checking lights, fuel levels, tools, and equipment.
- Manage crew performance to guarantee client satisfaction.
- Inspect vehicles for necessary supplies.
- Communicate with customers regarding any schedule delays.
- Ensure proper payment collection.
- Identify items suitable for donation versus those that are not.
- Maintain clear communication with the on-duty manager to optimize workflow.
- Participate in marketing initiatives.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Overtime as needed
Weekend availability
Year-round employment
