We are seeking a skilled Digital Content Strategist to join our team at Forone. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Job Overview

As a Digital Content Strategist, you will play a key role in enhancing our online presence and building strong relationships with our community. You will manage our social media accounts, create and curate content, and monitor analytics to ensure our social media efforts align with our brand's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop and implement creative social media content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Curate and manage a comprehensive social media calendar to ensure consistent and engaging content.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Foster relationships with influencers and brand advocates to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and native platform analytics. Provide regular reports on social media metrics and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all social channels. Coordinate with the SEO and web development teams to optimize social media content for search and user experience.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies to increase engagement and reach based on current trends.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Mandarin and English, both formally and conversationally.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
