Job Summary
We seek an experienced Regional Executive Director to provide leadership and operational support to assigned senior living communities. Key responsibilities include:
- Directing daily operations to ensure quality care and customer service
- Establishing sales and revenue goals while participating in sales and marketing efforts
- Recruiting, developing, and evaluating frontline and leadership team members
- Preparing and managing budgets, cash flow, and occupancy reports
- Ensuring resident and team member satisfaction, and reviewing policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, or hospitality required; graduate degree preferred
- Licensed RCFE Administrator per state requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement housing or healthcare operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and senior living systems
