Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced FFT Interventionist Supervisor to join our team at The Children's Village.

About the Role:

This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and implementing the Functional Family-Child Welfare (FFT-CW) treatment modality within our General Preventive Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality supervision and support to FFT Interventionists in their daily work.
  • To ensure that FFT-CW practices are implemented consistently across all programs.
  • To identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhancing program effectiveness.
  • To collaborate with other departments to promote seamless integration of services.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree and five years of experience as an FFT Interventionist, preferably in child welfare casework.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with the FFT-CW model and its applications in community-based settings.
