Are you a licensed clinician looking for a challenging role in management?

Our team at the State of Utah is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to work as part of our Sex Offense Treatment Program in Salt Lake City, UT.

As a key member of our team, you will provide evidence-based interventions to safely reintegrate justice-involved individuals back into the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and administer programs, including developing goals, objectives, and performance criteria.
  • Manage and supervise staff, including defining job duties, coordinating recruitment and selection, and conducting performance appraisals.
  • Educate and train staff on behavioral health services, including developing training curricula and conducting training sessions.
  • Monitor the fidelity of services, including developing and implementing quality assurance processes and conducting program audits.
  • Develop policies and procedures, including researching and complying with applicable statutes and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of directly related professional experience.
  • Licensed for at least 2 years as a Psychologist, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Clinical Mental Health Counselor in good standing.
