Loss Prevention Specialist

1st Class Security, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. As a Loss Prevention Officer, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and preventing shoplifting.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough floor patrols to identify and deter shoplifters
- Monitor Closed Circuit TV to prevent and investigate theft
- Write accurate and detailed reports of incidents
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed
- Provide courtroom testimony as required
- Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Previous loss prevention experience a plus, but not required
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means
- Ability to write legible, accurate, and easily understood reports
- Must be assertive, yet controlled in dealing with confrontation
- Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision
- Attendance for scheduled shifts is mandatory
- Paid training provided
- $19.00 per hour
