Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Loss Prevention Specialist to join our team at 1st Class Security. As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and preventing shoplifting through floor patrol and the use of Closed Circuit TV.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough floor patrols to identify potential shoplifting activity
  • Monitor Closed Circuit TV to detect and prevent shoplifting
  • Write clear and concise reports of incidents
  • Interact with local law enforcement agencies as needed
  • Provide courtroom testimony as required

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous loss prevention experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time
  • Reliable transportation
