- Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company can meet its financial obligations.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the owners.
- Participate in long-term financial planning and strategy development to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
