Internal Controls and Compliance:

  • Oversee external audits and coordinate with auditors to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Cash Management:
  • Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure the company can meet its financial obligations.

Strategic Planning:
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the owners.
  • Participate in long-term financial planning and strategy development to support the company's growth and profitability.
Financial Systems and Processes:
  • Evaluate and improve financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing and distribution environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
