Controller - Financial Operations

BHIRED is seeking a seasoned Controller - Financial Operations to oversee and manage the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting and financial management, specifically within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Lead the financial planning process and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
  • Monitor and manage real estate investments and financial performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement internal financial controls and processes.
Ideal Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a senior financial management role, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
