The successful candidate will oversee the training, administration, planning, and resource management of a team consisting of experienced professionals. This includes managing installation teams ranging in size from 12-50 personnel, including multiple sub-contractors and companies, in the proper execution of shipboard upgrades and installations of electronic systems on US Navy Ships.

This position requires experience in shipboard copper & fiber optic cable removal/installation, electrical equipment (specifically C4I and Combat Systems) removal/installation, and associated items such as connectors and banding. Additionally, the candidate must possess experience and ability in power, mechanical, and internal equipment modifications.

The incumbent will be expected to provide mentorship and leadership to junior personnel, serving as a subject matter expert in their field. This role also involves interfacing with customers, organizing team meetings, and supporting business rhythms.

We are looking for a motivated individual with at least three years of supervisory experience in a shipyard environment, leading major shipboard Combat Systems/C4I upgrades with team sizes of at least 12-50 personnel. A bachelor's degree in a related discipline or relevant military experience may substitute education requirements.
