We are looking for an individual who can provide administrative support for the Medical Services unit, manage appointments, compose routine correspondence, and handle confidential records.
The ideal candidate will have a GED or High School diploma, Medical Office Assistant training or certification, and familiarity with medical terminology.
Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, and various medical examinations; assisting with onboarding by managing the drug screening process; supporting medical surveillance programs; and providing administrative support for the Medical Services unit.
