Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst who resides in Oahu. Our client, a prominent player in the logistics and energy distribution sector, is looking for someone to contribute to their ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends in both fuel and non-fuel sales.
  • Evaluate business performance, delivering insights and proposing innovative solutions to enhance strategic and operational outcomes.
  • Support the retail team with data analysis and trend evaluation to facilitate the development of strategic business plans and tactical opportunities.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for retail analytics systems and software, including TAIGA data systems, P&L, and CMAP pricing data.
  • Develop tools, reports, and dashboards to enable the Retail team to assess business performance against established metrics.
  • Assist the Retail Facility, Maintenance & Safety Manager with data analysis related to R&M, compliance, and safety metrics.
  • Keep all business units updated on progress and any issues encountered.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and data analytics or equivalent experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Maintain confidentiality, be receptive to others' ideas, and show a willingness to explore new approaches.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The annual salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $95,000.
