Core Responsibilities:
  • As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will engage in and supervise the delivery of patient care services in alignment with established standards and directives from the attending Physician.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and changes, adhering to Cantex's Clinical Policies & Procedures as well as state and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation pertinent to patient assessments, evaluations, and changes in condition, following nursing best practices.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
  • Receive, interpret, and execute physicians' orders while assessing and implementing a comprehensive care plan for each patient.
  • Guide, oversee, and coordinate the timely provision of quality patient care by all team members.
  • Ensure that Patient Care Management Systems are regularly trained on and integrated into patient care delivery.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License
