Skilled Nursing Care Professional

As a skilled nursing care professional with Cantex, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will administer skilled nursing care, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and promote patients' potential during their home health episode.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in identifying patients' physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
* Participate in planning and implementing care in conjunction with the RN, in accordance with the POC.
* Provide care utilizing infection control measures that protect both staff and patient (OSHA).
* Record treatments administered in medical records.
* Record clinical documentation according to accepted regulatory, corporate, and professional guidelines.
Requirements:
* Licensed Vocational Nurse, per state requirements.
* Good communication skills, assessment skills, and strong clinical documentation skills.
* Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
* Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance.
