The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Bar Team: Supervise and motivate a team of bartenders and servers to provide outstanding service and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Manage Bar Operations: Oversee the preparation and service of drinks, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall guest experience.
- Collaborate with the Management Team: Work closely with the General Manager and other department heads to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency in all aspects of bar operations.
- Manage Labor and Budgets: Oversee labor costs, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions to optimize bar performance.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service and sales growth.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
