Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a memorable experience for our guests by crafting and serving exceptional cocktails in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Cocktail Creation: Develop and prepare a wide range of cocktails, including classic and signature drinks, using our standard recipes and ingredients.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, responding promptly to their requests and needs, and ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, restock supplies, and perform side work as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
• Menu Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our menu offerings, including food and drink options, and be able to answer questions and make recommendations to our guests.
• Financial Transactions: Process payments, handle gratuities, and maintain accurate records of sales and revenue.

• Age and Experience: Be at least 21 years old and have 1-2 years of prior bartending experience.
• Teamwork and Communication: Possess a positive attitude, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
• Scheduling and Availability: Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods, walk, and perform tasks that require occasional bending, lifting, and pushing.
