Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently addressing service requests
  • Providing outstanding customer service to residents
  • Repairing and installing appliances and HVAC systems to ensure comfortable living environments
  • Adhering to environmental standards and company protocols
  • Performing general maintenance duties

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
  • EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
  • Proficient in HVAC installation and troubleshooting
  • Prior experience in apartment maintenance is preferred
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Capability to lift heavy items
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus
  • Strong initiative and customer service skills
