The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance and repairs at the apartment community, including making ready units for new move-ins, completing grounds work, and performing minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance. They will also be responsible for scheduling and completing preventative maintenance programs, responding to emergency situations, and maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment community equipment and systems
  • Make ready units for new move-ins, including cleaning and preparing apartments for occupancy
  • Complete grounds work, including mowing, trimming, and other landscaping tasks
  • Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC maintenance, including repairs and replacements
  • Schedule and complete preventative maintenance programs to ensure the continued operation of apartment community equipment and systems
  • Respond to emergency situations, including after-hours calls and repairs
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the maintenance shop and surrounding areas
