Bakery Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Trainer to join our team at Le Grand Marketing Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing the skills of our bakery team members to ensure they have the knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional customer service and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for bakery team members to improve their skills and knowledge
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest products and techniques
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
• Proven track record of delivering effective training programs and improving team performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
