Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Trainer to join our team at LE GRAND MARKETING INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for training and mentoring bakery staff at retail supermarkets, primarily handling deli and bakery products. This will involve in-store baking, store inspections, managing product displays, and promoting brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor bakery staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
  • Conduct store inspections to ensure high-quality product displays and maintain brand standards
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with store personnel to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Provide feedback and coaching to bakery staff to improve performance and productivity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry, preferably in a bakery or sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store personnel and customers
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) is an asset
