Patient Experience Team Lead

As a Patient Experience Team Lead at Boston Children's Hospital, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and experience. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team.
Responsibilities- Patient Encounter Management: Provide positive customer service, collaborate with referring providers, and schedule patients effectively.
- Check In / Check Out: Greet and direct patients, families, and visitors, monitor daily schedules, and coordinate flow with clinicians and supervisor.
- Administrative Support: Maintain calendars for physicians and supervisors, record messages, and provide routine clerical support as needed.
- Patient Experience Coordination: Monitor clinic activity, resolve customer service issues, and respond to patient needs.
- Patient Experience Leadership: Lead and oversee work of designated patient experience staff, plan and prioritize work assignments, and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of related healthcare experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
- Strong customer service experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
