Position Summary:

As a Manufacturing Production Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the production process by:

  • Assisting with equipment setups, changeovers, and production runs.
  • Counting and verifying finished products.
  • Handling heavy lifting of materials and products.
  • Staging orders for efficient workflow.
  • Exhibiting flexibility to support various production lines as needed.
  • Following instructions from team leads and lead operators.
  • Engaging in all aspects of the production line, performing necessary labor tasks.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in production and general labor.
  • Familiarity with machine operation and inspection processes.

Key Competencies:

  • Minimum of 2 years in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to computer systems.
