Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Role Summary: The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, organizing, and managing all facets of the program, which includes planning, assigning tasks, managing resources and timelines, compiling/reviewing program deliverables, and ensuring that programs are executed and delivered in alignment with client expectations and contractually defined outcomes.
Essential Skills: The Program Coordinator should possess proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. A general aptitude for technology is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and managerial skills are required.
Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or a related field is required. A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, while post-secondary education in business or a related discipline is preferred.

- Guarantee efficient and effective resource availability and allocation, meeting productivity targets.
- Delegate and communicate program tasks to team members effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate program documentation.
- Provide regular status updates on current and upcoming programs.
- Report, document, and escalate issues to management as necessary.
- Identify training needs for employees to enable them to perform their roles effectively.
- Ensure all necessary employee certifications are current.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
