Key Responsibilities- Provide 24/7 virtual access to highly experienced RNs for patients and the bedside care team.
- Enhance the patient experience by reducing nurse turnover, improving operational efficiency, and delivering unparalleled quality in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary patient care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to frontline care teams, allowing them to focus on patient care.
- Lead the plan of care to deliver exceptional outcomes for patients.
- Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience as a licensed nurse in acute care.
- Knowledge and ability to facilitate patient care across the continuum.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of use of EMR.
- Ability to use multiple technologies; audio/visual.
- Bachelor's Degree - BSN degree (or must be actively in pursuit of a BSN degree), graduation from an accredited American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (Required within 6 months if applicable).
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider.
- Must reside in Arizona.
- Master's Degree in Nursing.
