The Opportunity

Hearth is at an exciting point of growth, and we're seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us accelerate. You'll work closely with senior leadership and diverse teams to build impactful technology that helps small business owners and homeowners across the country.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and users by conducting user research, reviewing product metrics, and following industry trends.
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain a roadmap for your product area that aligns with company and product objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas into reality quickly and drive customer-driven decisions.
  • Analyze how things work today and translate usability problem statements into actionable items.
  • Help identify, manage, and mitigate current and emerging risks.
  • Develop data-driven views of adoption to realize key digital performance metrics and define strategies to manage/optimize usage.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Two or more years of experience at an SMB SaaS company or equivalent experience working with SMBs.
  • At least two years of early-stage or 0-to-1 experience.
  • Bias towards action and iteration.
  • Customer-centric with basic SQL skills.
  • Strong structured and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience going from 0 to launch for mobile and/or web applications.
  • Results-driven with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Passionate about design and leveraging design thinking to empathize with customers.
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
