About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Associate to join our team at Tapestry. As a Stockroom Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining the visual merchandising and inventory levels of our stores, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive, process, and store merchandise in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment by arranging merchandise displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring a clean and organized store.
  • Stockroom Operations: Process shipments, transfers, and returns, and maintain accurate records of inventory levels and stockroom activities.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous experience in a retail or stockroom environment, preferably in a luxury goods or fashion retail setting.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including the ability to use inventory management systems and mobile devices.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move merchandise as needed.
