Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Radio Frequency (RF) Support Analyst to join our team in Bristow, Virginia. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer support and technical expertise to resolve complex issues related to satellite, ground, and terrestrial network elements.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level I technical support and serve as the main point-of-contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Monitor network elements to ensure mission-critical traffic and customer connections are operational with minimal degradation or outages.
  • Document, escalate, and report events in a timely manner, and initiate technical and management escalation as required.
  • Analyze large amounts of data with speed and accuracy, and make decisions using sound methodical judgment.
  • Manage multiple issues simultaneously, and possess excellent written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • No degree required.
