Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Radio Frequency Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide exceptional customer support and serve as the main point-of-contact for highly technical issues.

Responsibilities:

? Provide Level I technical support and monitor all satellite, ground, and terrestrial network elements to ensure mission-critical traffic and customer connections are operational with minimal degradation or outages.
? Ensure all events are properly documented, escalated, and reported, and initiate timely technical and management escalation as required.
? Gather, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with speed and accuracy, and make decisions using sound methodical judgment.
? Manage, track, and resolve multiple issues simultaneously, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications:

Experience level: Entry Level
Minimum 1 year of experience
Education: No Degree Required
Skills: NOC Technician, RF (2 years of experience is required)
