Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Platform Engineer to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and Microsoft platforms that support our organization's IT operations and business functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Azure Cloud Management
    • Design, configure, and manage Azure cloud environments to ensure scalability, security, and high availability of cloud services.
    • Implement and maintain virtual networks, storage solutions, compute resources, and hybrid cloud solutions.
    • Automate deployments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
  • Active Directory Administration
    • Maintain and manage on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory (Azure AD) environments.
    • Implement and manage Group Policies, user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
    • Integrate AD services with other Microsoft cloud and on-premises solutions.
  • Microsoft 365 Management
    • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
    • Implement security and compliance policies within the 365 environment.
    • Support migrations, updates, and integrations with third-party tools.
  • Security and Compliance
    • Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions using Azure AD and Microsoft security tools.
    • Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
  • Collaboration & Support
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Microsoft services.
    • Provide third-level support for incidents and troubleshooting across the Microsoft platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft platform engineering, including hands-on experience with Azure, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud architecture and infrastructure services.
  • Strong expertise in Active Directory and Azure AD management and integration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with networking, firewalls, DNS, and other infrastructure technologies.
