Looking for Senior Automation Engineer for a manufacturing company. This position is located in Macedonia, OH.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in automation
  • Experience creating PLC code from scratch
  • Proficient in PLC Ecosystems including ABB Robots, Rockwell, and Automation Direct
  • Familiar with electrical troubleshooting
  • Bachelors Degree in electrical, mechanical, computer, automation, or software engineering

Additional Skills:

  • Masters Degree in electrical, mechanical, computer, automation,  or software engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Working on current and new projects for automation equipment
  • Responsible for all the controls of the equipment located two different facilities
  • Collaborating with a team that involves Software, IT, AI Dev, and Automation to create automation systems
  • Developing PLC code from scratch for new automated equipment
