Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a significant volume of incoming inquiries while maintaining a professional attitude
- Accurately apply the firm's established protocols to each caller's circumstances
- Perform various tasks during calls, including scheduling consultations and reviewing incident reports
- Clearly communicate the subsequent steps for potential legal representation
- Provide straightforward explanations when the firm cannot assist a caller
- Execute administrative tasks related to client intake and retention

- Achieve call and appointment objectives
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the field
