We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care at Boonespring Transitional Care Center and Rehabilitation Care in Union, KY.


As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients, including IV therapy, treatments, and medication administration. You will also perform comprehensive patient assessments and respond to changes in patient conditions.


You will oversee the activities of nursing assistants and work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a current Kentucky RN certification, strong documentation skills, and experience with Point Click Care (PCC). You will also need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend and holidays.


We offer a competitive salary of $42.00 per hour, paid time off, paid training, and a range of benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and a 401K with employer match.
