We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Development Coordinator to join our team at JPI. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing project schedules, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced coordinator looking to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multifamily housing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and manage project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and other stakeholders to gather project details and constraints.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
