Job Title: Collision Repair Technician

We are seeking a skilled Collision Repair Technician to join our team at NorthStar Auto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Review repair orders and OEM procedures to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.
  • Perform disassembly and inspection of vehicles to identify and repair damage.
  • Use proper repair materials and techniques to ensure quality repairs.
  • Road test vehicles to ensure quality repairs and identify any additional issues.
  • Maintain current knowledge of job and technical skills, including OEM repair procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform work as outlined on repair plans with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications:
  • Welding, suspension, and framework experience a plus or willingness to learn/train.
  • ICAR certifications preferred but not required.
  • Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Proper tools to perform assigned tasks.
