About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Billing Specialist to join our team at K&L Gates LLP. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong background in complex billing operations and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex billing processes, including audit, review, edit, prepare, and submission of invoices electronically.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, practice assistants, and clients to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Develop and maintain detailed charts on invoices, rates, holdbacks, and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (or equivalent legal/e-billing experience).
  • 3-5 years of legal billing experience and e-billing experience required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Outlook.
  • Knowledge of 3E, HUB e-billing software, paperless proforma, and various e-billing sites.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000-$102,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
