Project Oversight
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and timelines. You will supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction crews, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Schedule Management

Our ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, specifically in quick-service restaurants or ground-up projects. They will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish, with a demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
They will also have extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols, as well as experience in team leadership and coordinating subcontractors and vendors.
Strong project management and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as proficiency in construction management software. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality are also essential.
