About the Role

The Executive Sales Team Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the store's specialty sales department. This includes creating and executing sales strategies, managing inventory, and developing strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stockroom operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate pricing and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales data and make recommendations to improve sales performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including metrics such as sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
