Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join RD Fuller Company LLC as a Property Management Coordinator. In this role, you will work closely with property managers to develop consumer files and manage administrative and financial duties. You will also assist the property manager in developing an integral team that effectively sells the quality and professionalism of the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain consumer files, including administrative and financial duties.
  • Assist the property manager in developing an integral team that effectively sells the quality and professionalism of the organization.
  • Offer recommendations to management regarding improvements to the overall operation of the community.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of financial and operational reporting requirements.
  • Collect all rent payments from both current and previous residents.
  • Makes daily community deposits in regards to rent collections
  • Distribute non-payment notices to all delinquent residents and completes follow-up activity in regards to non-payment of rent, or eviction proceedings.
  • Maintain general working knowledge of state laws in regards to the collection of delinquent accounts.
  • Input daily resident data
  • Review leases for accuracy.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all active properties
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of related experience

Estimated salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
