Position Summary:
If you are looking for exciting and adventurous job opportunities in some of the finest ski resorts, this position is ideal for you. If you enjoy bringing joy to others through food and beverages, consider becoming part of the Food & Beverage team. You will acquire diverse skills in a vibrant work setting, and regardless of your specific role, you will contribute to creating an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests and fellow team members by embodying our core values: Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.
Position Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $12.89/hour + tips
- Guaranteed minimum earnings of $20/hour inclusive of tips for tipped positions.
- Availability: Full-Time and Part-Time hours offered.
- Skill Level: Entry-level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish connections with guests and colleagues.
- Share your enthusiasm for the mountains during service.
- Adhere to the guidelines provided during daily pre-shift meetings.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of menu items to make informed recommendations.
- Utilize a point-of-sale system for accurate order entry.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations throughout the shift.
- Optional: Ski/Snowboard after work, depending on location.
- Perform other assigned duties as necessary.
Job Requirements:
- No prior experience is necessary; we will provide all the training needed to perform your job safely.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 40 lbs.
The expected pay range is $20.00. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this position, with individual decisions based on various factors.
